Legal
Last updated: September 18, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It applies to our website and our detailing services.
When you book a detail or request a quote, we collect the information you give us — your name, email, phone number, service address, vehicle details, and any notes about the job. If you join a maintenance membership, we also collect your billing information through our secure payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We use your information to schedule and perform your detailing service, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payments, and respond to your questions. We may also use your email or phone number to follow up after a detail or let you know about seasonal offers — but only if you haven't asked us to stop.
By providing your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your appointment using text messages or email. Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or clicking unsubscribe in an email. Appointment-related messages (confirmations, reminders, day-of updates) are not marketing and will continue until your service is complete.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the services that help us operate: our payment processor for billing, our email provider for transactional messages, and our booking tools for scheduling. Each provider is bound by their own privacy obligations and may only use your data to deliver our service to you.
Our website uses cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools collect anonymized or pseudonymous data — they do not identify you personally. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We keep your booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and for reasonable business record-keeping. If you ask, we will delete your contact details from our marketing lists. Transactional records (invoices, service notes) are kept for tax and legal purposes per Florida record-keeping requirements.
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping). To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within 30 days.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information — secure payment processing, access limited to the owner, and no unnecessary data storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data as safe as a small local business reasonably can.
Our services are intended for adults booking detailing for their own vehicles. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Our site may link to social media profiles and third-party review platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Those sites have their own privacy policies — we are not responsible for their data practices once you leave our site.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last reviewed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
Questions about your privacy or your data? Email info@naturecoastdetailco.com or call (352) 860-4530. We're a local Citrus County business and we'll get back to you personally.
