We arrive fully self-contained with our own water and power, so we do not need a hookup, a spigot, or permission to use building utilities. All we need is a legal parking space with a few feet of room to walk around the vehicle.
Guest parking spots usually work well. If your complex has a wash bay or a quiet corner of the lot, even better, but neither is required.
One tip: if your complex has a front office, a ten-second heads-up avoids any confusion. In practice, most Ocala complexes see mobile detailers regularly and nobody blinks.
HOA neighborhoods
